Worrying is really not too bad. Worrying about someone is an indication that you know how to Love.
But God loves you and your loved ones even more, hence there is no need to worry.
The challenge here is to learn to trust God. Learn how to accept God's will for God who loves us will not give us a snake if we pray for bread. God knows what's the best for us.

The earth (material world) is a love university. We are hear to learn how to love. That's it.
